Here are some images from a few of the projects undertaken within our social enterprise activies.
In 2012 UFO recieved a competative tender commission from Northampton Museum to design, build, install and dress a 'Dream Shoe Closet' based on a 1970's bedroom with a 'Nania wardrobe' into the Dream Shoe Closet. We installed the exhibition at the Vinatge Festival in 2012 and at the Central Museum in 2013.
Another commission from Northampton Museum was to design, build and install a privet-hedge maze with display windows for an exhibition of the world famous shoe designer Kobi Levi. The exhibition was built and installed in July 2014, just before our festival, a tight piece of project management, but both the exhibition and festival were acheived successfully and we are proud of the results.
We have been doing work for Northampton Arts Collective for a few years and when they moved into their new building in Guildhall Road we were appointed to carryout the redecoration of both the gallery and Cafe space. The building was in a state of disrepair before we started work. The standard of finsih needed to be of an art gallery standard, here are some images of the finished Cafe.
