Donations

The Fair relies on grants, donations and income from stall holders fees to pay for the event to happen. The entire Fair is is organised by local unpaid volunteers.  To run an event such as ours does cost money from the insurance to the site decorations.

 Well the applications to perform at this years fair are coming in thick and fast, so many excellent local acts its going to be difficult for the stage managers who will be choosing the final line-ups in May, still plenty of time to apply though!

Stalls booking

The Umbrella Fair stalls booking form for 2012 is now ready for download.

We plan to have a change in layout this year by creating Villages around themes, such as children's area, healing area and so on.

Its very much in the early stages of planning but we hope to have an exciting and diverse range of stalls this year, from Community groups to commercial stalls.
